Candace Michelle, a Houston, Texas native, currently serves as a Team Lead for the prestigious Wise Living Group brokered by eXp Realty, LLC. Candace graduated from the University of Saint Thomas, receiving an MBA, concentrating in Finance. With over twenty-eight years of Accounting and Finance, including REIT experience, Candace launched into the realty industry following a family dream.

 

With her commitment to her community and passion for helping families and business owners, Candace has successfully navigated the sometimes unpredictable real industry for over 18 years. Her expertise includes luxury real estate, residential listings, commercial leases, 1031 exchange transactions, and consultation.
